STEPS | Soaring Towards Extraordinary Production in Sales

STEPS is Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty’s orientation and training program for advisors new to our firm. This 12-week, self-paced course is designed to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to thrive in real estate while learning the unique resources and culture of our brokerage. Successful completion of STEPS also fulfills the 25-hour post-license requirement mandated by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC). Completing STEPS before you're post-license date ensures your credits are reported to GREC and your license remains in good standing.
